I am so grateful I was allowed to be a part of Women Helping Girls. Not only was I permitted, through the program, to meet more people and interact with girls my own age, but I have also been involved in more projects and groups due to the WHG program. Like a gateway, the WHG program has shown me all the ways I could contribute to the community and make the most of the time I have. When everyone else is disparaging about the uselessness of the teenage girl, WHG provides information and opportunity."
