September 21, 2011, Rochester Mentors Expo:
The March to Mentoring will begin at Manhattan Square Park and finish at the Harro East Ballroom to begin the Rochester Mentors Expo.
Mentors, please consider taking your mentee to this new event in support of Mentoring in Rochester!
The Women's Foundation of Genesee Valley is starting their Girl's Grantmaking Committee for 2011 and we invite our mentees to participate on the committee this year. This is an excellent volunteer opportunity that's rewarding in that you will learn about philanthropy (giving to others) and its role in our community, and you will actively participate in evaluating and selecting programs that help girls the most.
